- All Juniors and Seniors must purchase a ticket to attend Prom.
- If you purchase a Prom ticket your Junior year you do not need to purchase an additional prom ticket your Senior year. The prom ticket will be good for both years.
- Guests are FREE as long as they are under 21, a Freshman or Sophomore at OHS, or from another school that passes a background check. Background check forms are available in the main office at the High School beginning April 3rd.
- Prom will be held at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in Springfield, Saturday, May 6th from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- ALL OZARK HS students must have an ID to show at the door. Guests must show an ID if from another school. Student ID's are available to be purchased for $7 through the RevTrak webstore or by cash or check in the High School or OIC Business Office.

January 1st - February 28th - $75
March 1st - April 30th - $85
May 1st - Fri, May 5th (until 2:00 p.m.) - $95
